Hey everyone, my name is Kyle Yepsen and I own Pro-Tuning Performance. I was looking at the analytic software for my website and saw that many hits were coming from this forum and decided to check it out.
Let me start by saying that I hope our website does not appear "sketchy". I pay too much money having it maintained for it too look bad. However, you are correct about the pricing. That part number does not represent a coilover kit, I believe it is just an individual replacement part. If you look on Skunk2's website you will see that their coilover kits begin with "517" and that part number begins with "917".

I will call Skunk2 in the morning to get an official answer but I'm pretty sure thats what this is. While I am on the phone with them, I will see if they do still produce a coilover kit for your cars and let you know.
As for local guys, feel free to come by and say hi. We are a small, road race prep shop that specializes in suspension, brakes, wheel & tire services, corner balancing, etc. I've listed our contact info below so feel free to give us a call or stop by.
