he has a v6. and no, theyre not quicker than most cars on the road at all. youre ****ing retarded if you believe that. just because its a little quicker than your slow cb7, doesnt mean its quick. auto v6's are just about anything but quick.

you need to wake up to reality dude. the only way to get anything out of the j30 is to put on a turbo or s/c. you could do just the 6 speed manual tranny swap, the car would be quicker than it is with the auto.

Dyno numbers were for the j30 stock 145.5 wheel hp with a 27 percent drivetrain loss.

Aaah man and I thought my j30 with a wopping stock 145.5 wheel horsepower and 2wtq was fast. You bursted my bubble of denial ha - just playin.

He is right there are things you can do to free up some power that's not nessicarily a mod, but then again- still a waste of time

Its taken me and a lot of smart knowlegeable car performance mechanics 5 years Just to get out 199whp and 185 tq on my j30 and that's not including the 6 speed I am putting in. And let me tell you its still slow as piss.

Lose the denial accordboost, our cars aren't fast, and then you will be able to actually hear the mechanical experience, strength, and advice all of us have on this site.

I feel kinda sorry for u accordboost.

i have a v6, that's why i stated that i have headers and not a header. you really are stupid assuming that just because i know our cars are not that fast that i have and i4. I tried to be nice earlier but obviously being nice doesn't get the point across to you. and i also highly doubt you're 61-62 or w/e acting the way you are. Oh, and btw the 4cyl MT is faster than the v6 up through 3rd gear which is basically a 1/4 mile.

Now the only reason our car seems like one of the fastest cars out there to you is because you're probably only racing kids out there driving civic's and crap that are slow.

I'll bet he didn't know to fully utilize the 10HP gain he gets from that resistor he plugs into his fuel map, he needs a Camber AND Toe kit. He'll get an additional 15 HP for those.
