I'm not able to do this anytime soon, but I have an accord v6 and want a manual transmission, and I was wondering if I should do a j32 6 speed or do an entire engine and tranny swap with a f20c (ap1 s2000)

Technically you could run the F20C mated to a Kseries trans. It's been done, they both rotate the same direction. Hard part is mating the two and finding axles, clutch, etc.

People running F20C would rather have a K24a on their s2k though.

But money and some good fabrication will make anything work.

Don't you mean people running a K20...not F20...

Pretty sure K24 swaps into S2000's aren't a popular thing.

The K swap into the s2000 is becoming more popular as the price of the car drops. I believe there is a kit out there for the swap.
To answer OP, I would either do the 6speed swap or just get a different car that is already manual. Swapping the 4 popper into the v6 isn't a direct swap. The v6 has a different subframe.

Not as popular as 2JZ, but i remember reading on a Honda tuning magazine someone did a K24a4 with some goodies and said it was better tham his F20C, but that's just him. Too lazy to search, but doesn't the K24a have more tq over the F20/22c

Well yes it would just b/c it's 2.4L vs 2.0L/2.2L. I know some guys were swapping the crankshafts from the K24's in too for some insane N/A builds.
