How does that TL-s shifter work? Auto? 99?

He made it plugnplay somehow.

I used the wiring from the accord shifter so it will just plug right in. I also cut the locking mechanism so there is no reverse lockout. As far as I know that is the only way to get it to work. I followed a DIY on v6p.
