I went to MAACO and got it painted. They do pretty good work up here in my area.

That's what I did. Maaco also painted and installed my eyelids and factory trunk spoiler when they painted and installed my mugen lip. I don't remember what I paid. $375 I think..............

Did you already have a paint gun? Cause that'll set you back with the gun and compressor.

i used rattle spray can. if i'm motivated enough to spray paint, then i'll probably buy a compressor and a gun myself. but for now, i rather buy tools because i wouldn't spray paint as much unless i have a shop.

but if you get painted at MAACO, you should get more stuff painted. like my friend got his full lip kit and his front grill painted for cheap. but then, he bought this flushmount spoiler, and it cost more. so it's best if you get more stuff painted for cheap.

New here, first post :) . The route i went was to go to an autobody supply store. They mixed me the paint in an areosol can. So just color matched sraypaint. And it's way higher quality than even say duplicolor. $10 a can. So good a bunch of ebay sellers decided to steal my picture to advertise with.

Painted myself in 30 minutes for under $15 and no one could tell the difference.

They needed the code, and just mixed it right up. It is a bit off. But not much at all. The problem with black is most places who will mix it for you will tell you, just get some duplicolor. And it will match well, i'm sure. I've used it alot on my old black talon, never any problems. The only difference, the paint that was mixed, sooo much better quality than any other spraypaint i've ever used. So duplicolor would have met my expectations, this just far exceeded it.

Is your color name something like Black nighthawk pearl, or something similar? If so, duplicolor makes a match for it. Duplicolor will just take a bit more prep work and color sanding. But much cheaper.
