Thanks,

ok finally got pictures of new wheels and the drop. Went from over 4.5 finger gaps to just 2 finger gaps.

Now just to finish up the other things and I can get new pics. Finding San Marino Red paint has been so hard. Does anyone know where I can get some?

Oh and I guess I'll ask this in my own thread to explain why I need paint. Some for my Type R lip and some for my sides.

Does anyone have any ideal why about half of the red accord coupes have black sides and other half have red sides? I was at my school parking lot the other week and there were FOUR other red coupes not including mine. Two had black sides, two had red sides.

I looked on tirerack for the wheel simulator and in that, the san marino coupe also had black sides. weird

P.S. My car might not be as clean as Larry's Accord, but I'm also not trying to copy his car. His car has been a great inspiration but I'm still trying to make my car unique to me.

LOL! i like that.^^ Looks great Eric! LX and lower models do not have painted sides, while Ex and up are painted.

Thanks for answering the question that's been bugging me ever since I got this car. I always thought it had to be some trim difference but I saw 4 cylinder with painted sides and it confused me since I always ranked LX v6 higher than EX 4cyl.

I'm gonna paint it because I hate the unpainted look on non-black/white cars. My friend loves it but I think it makes cars look cheap.

Well I went to a couple of auto shops and they will only paint my sides for $250 but not sell me the actual paint. Been to autozone, advance autoparts, checkers, and carquest but none of them stock duplicolor san marino anymore. Told me DC was releasing a new line so that's why it's not in stock but have been waiting for a month already. Already have primer and clear coat so at this point, I'm considering getting a color that is close to mine or just paying a shop to do everything.

Yeah I'm working on it. Just gotta find paint. A local paint shop wanted $100 for a quart of paint WTF

Ok I was stupid, a quart of paint is a crapload and is almost enough to paint the entire car.

Anyways got the sides and the TypeR lip on. Next up transmission cooler and lighting (hids?)

:)
