So while doing an oil change today i noticed some fluid that i didn't notice ever before on my bell housing. seems to be coming from my slave cylinder.

My question is, is it as bad as it looks, should i replace it like immediately or is it ok to wait a month or so. i'm really busy with work and school until july. And i don't want to pay a shop to do something i can do myself.

phone pics, forgive the quality, doesn't seem to like daylight much.

mine was like that too, i had no idea where it was coming from until my car wouldnt go into gear, and it was the slave cylinder. $45 part and it was relatively easy to do, although i had my dad help me

I honestly think you're ok to wait like *one* month, but don't drive on it hard for that month and check up on it weekly.

grab what you need then, and if you're capable, do the work for free.

sidenote, I think the real culprit is the Trade Federation :lawl:

10 people will get that..

yeah when you haven't seen any of them, or the lotr ones, I have to question whether you were alive in the last 20 years or just some walking shell of a person.
