I've seen this before and never thought it was funny. I took a class on Japanese history and this Chinese lady taught it (don't ask me how that worked). Anyway, she littereally talked like that. I swear that what she said could have been translated back into Chinese in some broken ***, nonsensical type thing.
I don't care how many people you have been around that don't speak English well, you could not understand her. You would have to put together the syllables and just think about it for a minute. The worst part is i dropped the course. In the conversation i had, i brought up that there was a language barrier (why i had to drop, as did the other half of her class lol). She ended up drawing that out for like 15 min and she came to the conclusion she could understand me perfectly fine and there was no problem.
