you trying to make your leds and headlights function like the audi's eh? The audi leds turn off when the headlights come on i think.

Yes

You could probably accomplish this in the same manner that I wired up my side markers when I had my Accord.

Two wires coming off the bulb socket for the side marker: Black (ground) and White (power). I wanted to wire them up the mAdtYtE JdM way, so that when the parking lights were on, the side marker was on, but when I hit the turn signal, I wanted them to blink as well. SO, what I did was run the white wire to the parking light power wire for the corner lamps, THEN ran the ground to the turn signal wire.

The way this worked was when the parking light was on, it was grounded to the turn signal wire, when I hit the turn signal, and power ran through the wire to light the other filament in the bulb for the turn signal, it broke the ground causing the light to blink.

Theoretically it would work the same way for what you want to do. Run your power wire for your LED's to a positive power source that come on when you turn the car on, such as your accessory power outlet, then run your ground for the LED's to the power wire for your parking lights.

When the headlights are off, the LED's will be grounded to the power wire for your parking lights because there won't be any electrical current running through the wire, but when you turn the parking lights ON, this will break that ground turning the LED's off.

Get all that?

Disclaimer: Just because this worked for me with my side markers, doesn't mean it will work for you with your LED's. Don't come crying back to me if you fry something.

EDIT: One more thing, I had my side markers on my car wired like this for two years with no issues.
