Lighter tires...?

hey guys...its time for me to change my tires and im looking for a type of tire thats soft and light weight ?
does anyone know which brand will be good or what kinda of tires.

its going on a 1998 honda accord OEM rims EX

why do you want lighter tires with stock rims?

experiment with them see if i get lil more miles per gallon.
before when i got my rims...i got this cheap tires that were hard and very heavy and performance was bad... only lasted 3months!

with softer tires youre gonna go thru more money buying new ones all the time than you would if youre mpg's are really that big of a deal. if all youre after is mpg's, buy those new Fuel Max Technology tires from Goodyear, and try them out.

Year round. I'm anti-low profile tires at the moment. My back can't handle the punishment especially with my Omni's..
