Limp Mode!?! But why?

Average/Proper break in mileage after a swap........1000-1500km, would one say?

I don't know what the average is, but mine took 4 weeks to break in. And I was driving the car every day.

I could tell when it broke in, and iirc it was between 800 and 1000 miles.

Ok, well, if I go with that, and it takes the same amount of time, then I am looking at about 500 - 800+ kms.

Not bad, it will probably take a while though, because I probably won't be driving every day.

Yeah for awhile I was only driving it to work until I got better. I had places to go but we’d take my wife’s car because I didn’t feel I was good enough at driving stick to go some of the places, and park.

You can tell when the clutch breaks in, it’s less grabby, and your shifts get smoother with no change on your part. That’s when the car really gets fun to drive.
