lowering car, do i need camber kit?

hey guys im new to this site but i have a 99 sedan 4cylinder. i wanna do a 1.2-1.8'' drop on it. my question is do i need a camber kit front and rear?

would you guys recommend springs or coils? will i need anything at all or just the coils that come in the box and an alignment? ill be running my stock wheels/tires 195/65/r15

What's your budget, is the most important question.

ill spend like 700 at the most, i want to do a 1.5 to 2.5 at the most just a better looking stance and better handling

Function and form type 1's at a high setting, you can get them around the high 500's
