I know there are countless threads, but I have a quick question...

I want to lower but if they are sticking out a bit, what would be the best route to go?

They're 18 inch... 9.5s

Thanks in advance.

Yea I'll have to look into a camber kit...it'll angle the wheel inwards a bit? What about the wear on the tire?

Yeah, depending on how much negative camber you need, usually when you drop on coils you get natural camber which is usually enough but not sure in your case.

As for tire wear, you get it aligned, zero out the toe and camber, and you should be relatively fine due to the fact that yes the tires is going to wear out more on the inner side but not as fast or bad.

depending on how low you go, you will not need a camber kit, I have 9.75 all the way around. things you will need to do before lowering
new tires(stretch)
pull
roll
your fenders.
and depending on how low your natural camber will be good
