Maryland restrictions?

I live in maryland and i was thinking about deleting my resonator on my stock exhaust. What im curious about is that, would i be able to pass emission if i do that?

im still leaving my CAT on

As long as your o2 stuff is good with your cat then your ok. You wouldnt break any decible level restriction.
