Yeah had a experience with them on a 5th gen Accord, it was with Illuminas and it was horrible. Also there's few people on the other Accord forum I post on that say they suck.

From what i heard from a handling standpoint skunk2's rock, I think thats due to the high spring rates, so that probably also explains the bad bumpyass ride. the reason why no on elikes them is probalby theyre shocks cant handle dampening the skunk 2s high spring rates which results in a bumpyass ride.

I just got a set of Skunk2 coilovers from a friend who wrecked his Accord. There are two other Accords that use the same coilovers for Solo2 and haven't had problems. Most either use the Skunks or Ground Controls. I plan to install them before the race in mid Feb. so I'll let you guys know how they handle.

yes, please let me know, the skunks are a lot cheeper then the GC's over on ebay, and i really dont mind a bumpy ride, i want handling!! haha, i love taking corners so fast now, like when i have my 17s on. i miss them so bad, i hate stock radials, haha, ive had to slow down in the turns by like 10mph this winter.........another reason i cant wait for the spring, i can get places quicker, hahahaha.

if you want the skunk 2's i recommend you upgrade your shocks as well, caus stock shocks will blow in no time with those springs.

yea, im planning on it, cuz i dont feel like 1/2 as5ing my suspension and then doing it over again when i have the money for w/e else id need. so im just gonna get what i can when i can weather it be getting both springs/coilovers and struts at once, or different times.......its all going in at the same time, haha, i dont wanna mess with blown shocks and all that nonsense when it could be easily avioded.

Actually I'm running my 15" stock Honda rims in the Solo but with sticky Kumho MXs. They are not as wide as I would like them at 205/50/15s. I would prefer going 16s or at the very least 215 wide. I can't complain because I purchased the tires super dirt cheap.

I have skunk 2's a tokico blue's and I have no probs at all. I have heard the horror stories from people and I have never experienced any prob with them. I have had them on for a year. I had it on stock shocks for almost 9 months. If you are looking for adjustable look but are willing to sacrifice the ride a little bit then I would give you a head nod for this setup. I have rode in some cars with lowering springs and they still feel pretty close to stock. So it all depends on what you are looking for. I like the bumpy ride. All my cars I have ever owned were lifted or dropped so I dont know what a stock ride really feels like. The skunk 2's def feel really good when I go into corners so it is up to you. Make sure when you get coilovers that they are level otherwise you are going to mess stuff up.

yea, i really dont mind the bumpyness, i want handling, haha. you mean by "level" as like, theyre all turned the same amount? cuz ive read that the accord sedans, idk about the coupes, but the sedans have a lower fender in the rear, and thats why it looks saggy sometimes.....thats why i wanna get coilovers, so incase this happens, i could just raise it a little in the rear so that it looks like a perfect drop all around, cuz i want about 1.5 - 2 finger gap all around.

Installed the Konis and Skunk2s yesterday. I'll post pics soon. So far the ride great on medium, rarely bounces.
