The next time that you have the issue, with the key on, disconnect and reconnect the main relay and try to start the car. In this particular moment it is fine, but this is an intermittent issue.

Just got it back from the shop and PGM-FI/main relay was fried and thats was i had to replace. Thanks to everyone on this thread that helped me!
