mid-atlantic late summa meet planning thread!

well me tyler and donald have talked about it a bunch but haven't actually done anything about it lol

we're thinking BBQ sometime late august when its not like a billion degrees out. at like a park or something. that one park where we saw that huge low-rider meet was nice. and they had BBQ stuff. and tim didn't have to shell out ridiculous amounts of cash to secure a spot for us like pohick, so I'd be cool with that if you guys are. But I don't actually remember where that was so someone should chime in on that haha. post up your ideas here as usual and once we set a date and time and all that **** I'll make a new thread and have roy sticky it.

the was burke lake park. and i do believe that might have been my favorite place so far so lets do it up.

if sundays are still working the best for the majority of the group then our possible dates are august 14th, 21st, 28th, or sept 4th thats a whole month of options so everyone can get their .02 in. Personally i like the 21st or 28th the best because if i decide to get off my *** and sign up for classes the 4th may interfere. and the 14th is my B-day and i don't wanna spend it with you fu*kers. totally kidding i don't car about it. just seems like it's be short notice for a good turnout.

I went there during 4th of July and it wasn't that packed.. unsure if if you have to reserve a spot though.

It does have two parking lots, so we wont have a problem finding each other.

yeah we should try Nottoway park, and be more serious about bringing stuff to grill up.

like we grill up some chicken and bring stuff to make sandwiches with the chicken, burgers/hot dogs and buns, maybe some fish.
