The packs should be good. I'd be surprised if they were bad. My plugs are probably not very pretty though. They've probably gotten pretty caked up.

Yeah I agree, packs should be fine. Not sure if those ever need replaced, or what would cause the need for replacement?

I should check my plugs. If they're the ones that came with the motor from the factory, they have over 40k miles on em.

00 and under are like every 30k. 2001+, alledgedly, are like 100k. I'm still gonna check them and replace if needed, lol.

Re: Mikey's 2001 Accord Coupe EX

^The above mentioned issue, hopefully, was just a tranny drain/fill and new EGR. I havent had any issues since, so.

As for updates; things are going on hold for a month or so. Once I get going again, Im looking at a TL strut bar, TL/Progressive RSB, 7G horn and....that'll be it for a bit. I'd like to knock out nav and a drop before winter, so, hopefully I can pull that off.

Yeah. Like "beep beep" horn, lol. I'm tired of the weak "meep meep" and I've seen DIYs where people have installed 7G horns. Granted it was on a civic but IDK why an accord horn would fit a civic and not another accord.

I will be upgrading my horns to Hella horns.

I will also have a BNIB set for sale as well.....just putting it out there since we are now on horn discussions in this thread.

Not a fan of the Hellas. I like that "plain" car horn sound. Not too deep but not a ****ing scooter horn either.

lol.....Subies have the Hella type horns, right?

I don't mind them, just want something louder than stalk, and the fact that they have colour options, was appealling to me as well.
