how do you make the black border? lol I've skimmed through cs3 looking for something but couldn't find a "add border" feature.

I usually just go to Image>Canvas size and change the units to pixels and add anywhere from 10-200 pixels onto both dimension of the image and fill it with either black or white. There are other ways using the Select menu, but this works for most.

I should be saying to stay panda to rep, but a painted lip kit looks much cleaner.
