missfire on cyl. 4

Today driving to work under heavy rain,my car bogs and losses power.very sluggish.then check engine light started flashing.got to work and scanned it.showing e gine misfire cylinder 4. How serious is this and what's the cause..

my guest is moisture build up in disturbitor cap from the rain. Pull it off and wipe it down.

My brothers truck did the same thing after leaving the car wash.
