More info on the Morimoto Mini H1 projectors

how did you end up fixing it? I just finished my H1 retros. they touch the lens but i have not aimed them yet,I have them set up pretty high,so i can lower them..so it should be 100% move-able/aim-able with the factory aiming method.

If you look into the back of the mini gatling gun shrouds, there are 4 posts that stick up towards you. These are for the 4 mounting screws. I found that the posts ran into the projector housing before it was completely seated. So, with a cutoff wheel in the Dremel, I cut them down by 3/16". This allowed the shroud to slide farther back onto the projector. This was enough to clear the lens.
