The driver of the motorcycle was 26 year old Brandon Lee White of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is dead in those pictures. The accident killed him: http://www.snopes.com/photos/accident/tulsacrash.asp

Also think about this: without researching what happened here is what I saw: An ambulance parked next to a truck with a guy hanging out of the back like that. There are no paramedics in any of the pictures offering any kind of assistance. Don't you think someone would have tried to help this guy before snapping at least 4 pictures of him?
