like it says on the title my accord is stuck in park also my brake lights doesn't go on when i press down on the pedal. i dnt know what it could be please help..

when you press the brake pedal do you hear a slight tick/click noise?

It's more than likely the switch assembly for the stop/cruise. Mine went out a few years ago. It's like 40 bucks from Honda. Pretty easy to replace as well.

^samething happened to me couple months ago. its the brake light switch.

This ... if you need to move the car, you can remove the small cover next to your shifter and press in the shift interlock override to be able to switch gears to something like neutral so the car can roll.
