^ I really need that ratchet! I brought a fence pole to my dad's house where the car is parked so I have a better cheater bar, but can't seem to find the 32mm socket now.

In other news, I bought a 1990 crx to use as a daily. Has its issues but shouldn't need too much work to pass safety. Most of the interior is gone, so I'll use the removed pieces from the 89 car to help restore the new daily. Not sure if I'm going to start a new thread for that car on this forum or crxcommunity

Not a whole lot has happened since November, haven't been very motivated to work in the cold. Got the single cam out of the car. Going to put that up for sale in spring and going to use the trans for my other CRX. Got a Fidanza flywheel and new Exedy OEM clutch kit. Have an AEM filter, NGK wires and a 4040 prop valve coming in the mail. Took off the oil pan so I can inspect the block better and it's in great shape. Just need to buy a water pump, oil pump, a few more gaskets, etc before the engine goes back together. Probably going to put it off until the weather starts to warm up a little more.

Most likely going to find a P72 OBD1 ecu and use the stock intake manifold to just to get it running right for a while on a factory tune.

You wanted slow and expensive? Coulda gone caddy....

DPFI originally, MPFI swap for ~$150, turbo for ~$500 ;)

But I did have a few CRX's, three iirc. (other 4G's too ;) )

But yeah, hack that ecu, change the memory (use a socket, 27C256, iirc) it can be VTEC. Assuming a PM6 already.

I don't like VTEC. SOHC4LIFE

I had a LOT of money in that car. I do regret it though. All that power with traction bars, quife lsd and slicks and still burns the tires off. Spinning isn't winning.

My Civic got stolen :( it is a reference to my u/n.

before it was stolen, eventually I had gone though a bit: quaife 'style' chinese LSD, traction bars, T3/T4, K-sport coilovers, stock DOHC ZC, carbureted with 4 motorcycle carbs, at different times, built sohc (for ~500hp), LOTS of other stuff, and finding the way to replacement cars.

I'm still not sure what was my favorite, but maybe my homemade w:a intercooler that I pictured.

I think I had 3-crx's (85, 86, 91), 2-sedans (90, 91), 2-hatchbacks (89, 91), I can not even decide what my favorite car was.
