DAMNED THIEVES! I feel so violated now since i found out this morning my car was broken into. My heart just stopped for a good couple of seconds when i opened my car, especially looking in the trunk. They took my sub/amp/cap, faceplate, and anything that was worth anything. I was pretty damn upset, took me a few hours before i could actually go outside again and look through the car to thoroughly check what was missing.

So I have a question; since they only took my faceplate (guess the F***ers couldnt yank out the deck) does anyone know where I can buy a replacement pioneer faceplate, just by itself?

Im trying to slowly rebuild everything that was stolen

Hey Quach, nice to hear from you again. Sucks about your incident with thieves. Don't you live in a house with a garage? Or did this happen when you went somewhere and parked outside? SJ is known for high crime rate for cars... gl rebuilding.

Sorry to hear it man, my car was broken into earlier this year so I know how much it sucks. The same thing happened with my deck as well, except luckily for me they left the faceplate on the passenger seat so I didn't need to replace it. Funny how they always give up on the stereo, I guess quick and easy is the only thing that works for thieves. That would explain why they don't just get @$&!ing jobs.

Anyway, if you haven't already you should check eBay. I have seen people selling just the pioneer face plates for certain models.

Was the faceplate detached? Sorry this happened, hope they didn't break a window or anything.

He would need to check his policy. Some don't cover theft of property contained in the vehicle if it didn't come as standard equipment. If he has full coverage they will cover and damages to the vehicle though.
