I gotta hack off my ghetto-azz flip flop trunk (welded on). I have to be able to drive the car to my friend's who has a grinder. Oh well, live and learn. When i do, i don't think i'll ever open it cause it might break if youre not careful, right? I know you gotta hold it when you pop it, but i never keep anything back there anyway, no subs n' such anymore, i'm over all that.

yea, cuz the springs that pop your trunk are for the weight of the stock trunk, and since the cf is sooo much lighter, it might just break off and slam thru you back window, now wouldnt that be som fun stuff to pay for? haha. have a busted cf trunk and no rear window all cuz you popped the trunk, haha.
