I hear salt is super bad for paint - do you not spray your car down or something?

It hasn't been above freezing for at least 3-4 weeks, and it's snowed every week for the last 3-4 weeks. It won't do any good to clean it since it would be covered again shortly after. Wax keeps the paint protected. :)

I love how people who don't ever get snow think its horrible. Salt isn't the best for paint but with today's technology it doesn't hurt it as bad. Hell, my accord has seen 11 Minnesota winters and doesn't have any rust spots besides a few tiny ones on the bottom of the doors...

LOL I haven't washed my car since October. It is nice and clean though on the side skirt below the driver's door. I need to do a better job of not rubbing that as I get in and out. My wife's car is really bad like that. She has an 01 Maxima with a lip kit so she rubs hers every time. It shows up a lot more too since her car is pearl white.
