The problems are the one's I've listed in the post.
The lady (Co worker) said just purchased a new Audi A6 and wanted to get rid of this.
I made an offer and she said if you're serious come pick it up and pay me on Payday.
So later that evening I ran by U-haul to rent a trailer for my Jeep (can't tow an AWD vehicle) and picked up the car.

I must say, it is in great condition.
Just have to get some prices on turbo stuff and exhaust.
I checked with the dealer and for the Turbo, Cat, and exhaust they want $4700.
No wonder why she got rid of it

Actually, I was thinking about a Garrett T25E
That's the same one in teh MazdaSpeed 6
The stock Turbos on the A4's are so small, max boost is about 3000 RPM's

if you got a bit more money, go with the gt28rs aka disco potato...the t25 is still pretty small.
