So I need to buy a new header, but I'm trying to figure out what to go with. I have a DC 4-2-1 header in there right now. Not sure if I want to buy another one because they are kind of pricey, at least from where I looked.

Could anyone recommend a brand or website to look at for pricing? Or even something that could seal up a hole in it now so I could save up. I'm not expecting any power gain from anything, I just need a new one haha. I'll try to post a picture later today.

take a pic of the hole, most can be fixed with a welder.

Like, really fixed, no need to replace.

Here it is. It looks like who ever owned before me already had it welded, not sure if it can be fixed from that?

yeah, throw a bead over that. Don't expect it to last forever, with heat & vibration.

Also it's mild steel? with some kinda 'protective coat'?

Re-spray it. You can get some ceramic (er somethin) hi-heat rattle cans. Not perfect, but it's better than raw steel.
