i got lucky i guess this local guy had the whoel oem lip kit on his accord but he switched over to the 01-02 bumper and put the mugen lip instead and .... walaaa there was my opportunity so i jumped on it

Looks like a "Mugen" lip, hard to tell in that picture. There is no OEM lip for 01-02 bumpers, just an "OE Style Lip". That is not that one. You can see pics of the Mugen lip in my sig, painted and mounted so you cannot see the bumper through the "vents"

That's the same lip I have "BaysonR Mugen Rep lip" I'm pretty sure except mine is mounted a tad better IMO.
