Not time for a new motor, f23 motors can take some beaten. I run mine hard. Keep checking or go to autozone and if you think believe its a sensor, let them hook up an OBD2 ecu check.

ok just gonna throw somethin out here.....all ECU's for cars adjust air/fuel ratios when aftermarket parts are put on (for the most part). For example, when you put on an aftermarket intake your computer will automatically readjust the maps for your car because now there is more air in the mixture. Soooo....i dunno if it does the same thing for headers.....if it does, then the easiest way to recorrect it would be to unplug the positive terminal on the battery and leave it off for about 20-25 mins then reconnect it.......if that's the case then it should work. It's worth a try!!!

sounds like you have an exhaust leak to me...you need to tighten stuff down better...maybe replace a gasket....

well sometimes when u ad new parts and re flash ur ecu, the ecu gets accommodated to the new mods... so maybe i just need to unplug ur battery for a bit, a min or so, so the ecu memory erases and then fire it up and see how it runs
