a wire cut could be an accident from drilling or something. my friend was drilling a hole for his lip kit and he accidentally cut the wire to the horn. so check around that area if you done any drilling or cutting.

nothing like that has been done, this happened out of the blue, everything else works but as soon as i turn the small lights, there goes the fuse.im gonna look at it tomorrow.also if i had done some drilling or something it would have happened at that moment and i have been driving the car fine until today when i got off work and only the headlights came on.

if you drill and it hit a wire. the wire might be loose and haven't got contact to the chassis. until you started driving and a little shake, it could of touched the chassis with bumps. make sure you put the right fuse also. the cover will say what kind of fuse to use.

This happened to me about a year ago, one of the wires for my side markers got sliced somehow and was shorting out on the chassis.

Check all your wires, something is making contact somewhere.
