Hey guys, long time no see. i'll cut to the chase.

I ordered some frame sliders for my gf's bike last month, but it was backordered. Now, of course they wouldn't tell me that it was backordered when I ordered it, would they? After waiting for a week, I decided to cancel it. Two days later, the online status through their website showed that my order was cancelled, being the trusting person that I am, I moved on with my life without ever documenting it/screen shots. Today, I got an email saying that order was shipped, and my credit card was charged.

What are my options? I already got the frame sliders from somewhere else. Can I refuse to accept the shipment and dispute a charge with credit card company?

Thanks

If the payment was made through PayPal using the card, you would have an easy recourse. If not, yeah it sounds like it's something you have to dispute through your credit card company.

call first telling them that the order was supposed to cancel. Once the cancellation is verified, u should be able to reject the shipment and it'll go back to them. just make sure they don't charge u a restocking fee

sorry, i dind't clarify. I tried calling them two days straight and couldn't reach anyone, thus the post asking for help.

I finally got a hold of someone today, and they will be taking the frame sliders back.

thanks for the help
