hey folks i just installed the pioneer avic-500bt in my double din slot. withch looks great. so i moved my radio down to the third din area. http://pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Products/Navigation/In-Dash/AVIC-F500BT

i have also purchased the external amp http://pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Products/Navigation/Accessories/ND-G500
which allows you to connect to your factory radio. it allow you to run bluetooth, video, micro sd music, usb music through your speakers also.

im look for some help on how to install the amp via some kind of connector (parrot) would this be the one that would allow me to do this without having to splice all the wires

first, why would you need a third din for your radio when the pioneer avic-500bt already have it?

but for the wiring of amp, you just wire it to the pioneer wiring. just the same way as you wire a normal HU to the car. if you could elaborate, i can try to help.

That unit is basically just a GPS that you can mount in your dash. There is no internal amp or audio source.
