i bought the neuspeed strut bar for my accord 02 i4 sedan.
However, I can't put it in. So I searched the forum. I tried many suggestions but doesn't work.

things i've tried:
1. put it in (too long)
2. jack up 1 side of the car untighten the firewall nut and then put it in, ( doesn't make a difference)
3. pulling on the wheel while jacked up. ( doesn't work. nothing moves)
4. bend it(doesn't bend that much)

things i haven't tried:
1. jack up in the middle. ( can't find middle jack point, have no jack that can go all the way in the middle.)

So if anyone have experience, Let me know.

PS: I did look at all other thread, if i missed one that would help me, let me know too.

Jack up one side, remove a wheel, remove necessary shock tower bolts on both sides, but then also remove all the nuts on the side you jacked up to let the shock assy drop some, slide the bar in/over the holes, have a friend push the shock assy up, attach nuts, done.

Trust me, it works, I've done it by myself.

On the jacked up side, do I just remove all 5 nuts on the strut tower? what else do i have to remove to let the shock assy drop? Thanks

Yes remove all 5. Might have to remove the lower shock fork bolt too so it has enough clearance to drop, I can't remember off hand.

btw, if i push the strut assy left or right, once i let the car down, won't that affect wheel alignment?

i put the bar on one sides' studs...then get it close like your forcing it to get it on...then...hit the strutbar into place right where the studs come up on the other side...use a long deliberate swing and make sure to use the weight of that deadblow to pop it on

the one i installed was within 1/4" of fitting....i've done it twice with success this way
