Darkside, put the H23 components onto the car, accept the slack and have the shop test drive the slack. If you have the SOHC parts and something goes wrong, scrap the swap.

f*ck it.... i'll just do the H23 timing components and belt... altho i might blow this sh*t up down the road, i'll still be the first 6th gen with the g23 :rock: going down in glory baby :rock:

Yes G23 FTW dont give up Roy we all believe in you. I just read what Pirate said on HT and he said deal wit it so tomorrow tell them to put the H23 equipment on and run it tomorrow.

i'm just gonna go straight for the H23 belt with the H23 timing components... anyone a GSR belt and LTG? :D

btw, anyone know the difference between the F23 and H23 manual timing belt tensioner?

If you have both try them both. Dont remember the difference. When they put the H23 components on drive the car 50 miles for a partial break-in. Put the Mr2 motor in the Celica too, sometime in the future.
