Hey guys, I've lurked on here before but never posted. I just bought a 99 Accord EX sedan. No mods yet, just exhaust from the previous owner. I bought a mugen lip for it, but have yet to install it. I think I will buy the rest of the lip kit before I install the set. I may sell it all and buy the WW kit!

I'm coming from owning nothing but large trucks so I will be looking towards you guys for all the help i can get. No pictures yet, but i will try to get some tomorrow. Look forward to getting to know you all

Haha, its already dwindling. I do have a question though, Ive already searched but i cant find exactly what Im looking for.

I want to drop the car, but i dont want to slam it, and i'll never be on the track. would lowering springs and shocks be ok? or should I go with coil overs?

Some springs you can use stock shock/struts like eibach pro-kit 1.5 drop and some people use Eibach Sportline springs which have a 2 inch drop. In my experience you go lower than 2 inches you will probrably either have to replace your shocks with aftermarket shocks or they will eventually blow. Coilovers tend to be more exspensive but they are adjustable. Becareful going really low because you will have to replace shocks, struts and have to get a camber kit. If you just want a decent but inexspensive drop Id go with springs i.e Tien, Eibach etc.

P.S in the forum they have a wheel, tire, suspension thread dedicated to this type of question.
