and thanks for the welcomes!

ive always had hondas, so picking up the vw was a big change but i love it, i plan on keeping my mk2 for life.

im stopping to get pics in just a couple of hours so they should be up soon!

I lived downtown for a year near locust and 14th and then out in Eureka for 2.
I miss the night life downtown and in St Charles!

But the weather is so gorgeous out here in Colorado in comparison.. haha

Haha nice I just vacationed in Denver, boulder, and Estes park this summer for nightlife and fly fishing! I will one day move there.

Aaaand, commence with award for understatement of the year......

You seem to be up for a project, based on the old school trucks and such, so this isn't that far of a stretch.

I assume there was no frame damage on the Accord?

Nice work on the pinstriping, have you been doing that for awhile?

Looking forward to seeing some of your custom fabrication skills.

Welcome to the site.

Enjoy.

there is no frame damage luckilly the shock tower is effed though. we are replacing the whole front clip to start hopefully ill be able to paint it as well, unless the new front clip is already white.

with the pinstriping, its been about a year and a half collectively. i just love art of all forms. for the car shows me and my pops host we always "make" our own trophys out of pistons and crazy car crap that we weld together.

i will post a seperate build for my rats (if peeps are interested) when i get a little more time to work on them.

So I just want to put out a huuuuge thank you to Blkcurrant for doing all the work with cutting his shell for me and delivering it all across state boarders. Its at the shop and I've decided I'm going to weld it under supervision of my body guy, so it will save me boatloads. Plus I need to practice some fabbing.

Wow.....never got to see Greg's car in it's glory, but at least it will live on, at least partly.

Awesome, keep us posted.
