that wheel is a one piece cast wheel. i can tell from that picture angle it is not a multi piece and those rivets are just for the "affect" of a two piece wheel. and the lip is not polished at all. it's just machined. if you would like to paint the wheels, the prep time is what will take up most of your time cause you'll have to cover the rivets individually.
btw, that wheel designs brings back memories from the mid-late 90's.
