You can boost your f23 and have the same power as an h22 if not more, and have more torque. If you don't want to boost, I'd say h22 might be the best option

yeah i know but good turbo kit and tunig cost more thant 2000$ and after i need clutch/injector/fuelpump/gauge/instalation ect ...

If you eventually want to boost, get a F20
If you want to stay N/A, get a H22
