If you're free today..all you really need is the title to the car and get it smogged...pay the fees and ur set......

well i changed the owner title in hawaii over to my name...so now all i need is to get it smogged? and registration? well i made an appt for dmv next week...i'll just keep driving it around haha.... thanks for your help though
