All,
Forgot to make my intro..
New owner of a 1999 Honda Accord V6 sedan, Deep Green, Leather Interior, 109k miles and paid $500 for it. Its actually my 2nd 6th gen accord as I had a 1998 5-spd, 4 cyl, deep green, tan cloth interior sedan from 2002 - 2005. This will be my 3rd Honda (first was a 1988 Honda Prelude) and the 5th Honda in the family. My wife had a 2000 Civic EX and a 2004 Honda Accord EX silver w/black leather interior. She (the accord) will be my gas saver as the family mover is a 2004 Dodge Durango Limited w/ 5.7L HEMI. I am currently in the UK with the US State Department and that is particulary why I needed a 2nd vehicle. $160 a fill up and 19hwy mpg is killing my wallet. $100 a fill up and a bit better gas mileage is helping me out tremendously with regards to the Accord. The accord does need a little tlc (driver window motor is bad, passenger power lock actuators are shot, and I cant get the code for the radio as the previous owner has departed for the states already). I also am in the process of doing the 3x drain fill for the tranny as well. Man Honda ATF Z-1 is expensive here. 80 buks for 5 liters. Anyways, hopefully I can learn alot here and have some fun as well.
Ja
Ill post a few pics once I can get the cars cleaned up. We got a ton of snow over the past few weeks and the cars are nasty lookin.
