Even the acronym JDM is washed up. I get tired of hearing it. Anyways welcome! Yeah if your going to swap your transmission you might as well do a engine and tranny swap at the same time. Most people that did their 6 speed swap ended up doing the engine later anyways for more power. You could get a cl type s tranny and engine for cheap pluss sell your own engine and tranny to cut the cost.

I also have the Magnaflow CatBack.... Love It. Love It. Love It. You won't regret it.

The tranny swap is a pretty big deal, you have know some talented people if you're not going to hand it over to a shop. And swapping out your J30 to a J32 is expensive, but if you're doing the tranny, you'll be getting the most out of it.

In the meantime, there's plenty of nice small things to do to your car. And the first real mod should be a drop. It takes our cars boring to nice in a hurry. feel free to ask questions, but searching is always first thing to do.
