well anti-sieze is aight, I'd just do the exhaust bolts. New or old.
header bolts you dont gotta f' with, and new, so probly ok without it
head bolts get hot, so anti will prolly burn, also they are lock-nuts, but not with nylon, that would burn, the 'top' has slots. They're like 'squished' or 'sprung' . Prolly no use for new ones there either.
