Newb with question... 01 accord v6 sedan

So here are the stats:
2001 accord sedan ex v6
About 180k miles

Here are the symptoms:
Idles a little low (rough) but nothing significant enough to warrant a dr visit
At cold temps runs like new
After warming up, taking off from a red light or stop sign car bogs and shakes. If I let off the gas and then gas again it runs perfect. This happens randomly.
If accelerating a little harder off a red light or complete stop, car runs perfect... No hesitation.

Had a code. Upstream o2sensor. Changed them both out for good measure.
Issue diminished drastically but still present.

Changed iacv last year. Not cleaned it, replaced it.

Cleaned maf sensor with Maf cleaner.

Not sure what else to check.

Next step is seafoam in vacuum line

Could the catalytic converter be the cause?


Edit: timing belt has been changed 3 times so far. Last time was about 25k miles ago.

Not sure on the v6 but I had similar issues with my i4 and it was my iacv.

When my iacv went bad last year it would do it all he time regardless of hot or cold.

I almost feel like running the car with a bad o2 sensor for a month or so may have messed up the cat.

Are your spark plugs tight? When were they changed last?
On the V6, the IAVC doesn't seem to attract the crud that the 4 cylinder does - at least on my car it doesn't.
I think the average life on a cat converter is around 150K miles, less if you drive harder.

Have a look at the valve adjustment thread that is currently near this one to see about the EGR port - it does clog up

i had a very very similar issue as far as idleing low and shaking at stops and even shuting off at start up. the problem for me was that my TB was cloged. 2 cans of brake cleaner later car runs just fine. i actully have to do this like once a year or so , i think it's related to having a CAI or in my case having no airbox resonator.
sea foam works pretty good for like routine cleaning, but if your TB is all gunked up like mine gets, in my experience the brake cleaner does a much better job. it wouldent hurt to check your catalytic converter and sparkplugs, but i highly doubt thats the prob. cats on japanese cars should last the entire life of the car, and if you have ngk plugs, ive heard of people going 200k miles before changing them, heck the first time i changed mine was at 150k miles, and i dident even need to, im sure i could of went longer.
