Commuted in mine until I got laid off two months ago. Barely any problems until recently, probably because its been sitting. I drove 60 miles each way to work and couldn't imagine doing it in a civic or anything else smaller than it is. Good luck.
imo the only reason people end up modding sedans is cause it was a hand me down car from an older sibling or their parents not because they liked the body style, or looks.
Thank you a lot for replies, I am definitely getting a coupe I don't like the way 4dr looks like + there is way too many 4dr accords around. I'll try to get 4cil 5spd but since there isn't too many 5spd once I might have to go with auto which is ok too cuz I'll have money to get a rebuilt tranny if I need to. The H23 sounds pretty good but I am from NY and our DMV is very strict with OBDII cars so H23 head might not fly because of VIN difference on the ECU (when I pass yearly inspection, shop plugs in their PC into diagnostic port and it sends all the info including VIN to DMV, I am really starting to hate NY). As of right now I am thinking of a couple mods before it gets too cold. I already bought a band new Sony HU and HD-radio adapter for it and have the Audio Harness all done so its plug-and-play. When I get the car, I'll be ordering a grill and a lip. Over winter I'll do tint, seat heaters, remote start, and buy new wheels and Koni Sport shocks with some mild drop springs (I am planing on 1"-1.85" drop, so the car is fully usable during winter + I still want somewhat smooth ride). I guess that is about it, next summer I'll be going back into sound quality and will be installing the SQ components that are in the box under my bed from a year ago when I had Celica and competed in SQ. Poor $650 Eclipse CD8455 will have to sit in the box for another year .
Thank you...
