i got the jtc customs one since pspec when out. looks pretty solid, there are no plastic pieces as someone said.. i actually ordered the one for our accords, but didnt realize the shift linkage was swapped in from an older prelude when my h22/AT to MT swap was done, I contacted the owner, Tommy, and he was really helpful. He shipped out a short shifter for the older prelude as well as a return label for the accord shifter i purchased for free. so far its a good transaction. i'll let you guys know how it works out after i install it.
Kit includes:

* 1 JTC Customs adjustable Short Shifter
* 1 shift cable bolt
* 1 nut (for cable bolt)
* 1 aluminum console bushing
* 1 aluminum shift boot bushing
* 1 rubber O-ring
* 4 base stiffening washers
* small packet of Moly Lube grease

Adjustment settings:

* 8 shift length options
* 6 height adjustments (shift length affects height adjustment)

Specs:

* Material: High Strength Steel
* Thread: M10 x 1.5
* Weight: 28 ounces (1.75lbs)
* Coating: Chrome (silver)

installed the jtc short shifter, 10000x better then stock. no longer have to move my whole arm to shift. a lot stiffer, shorter height length and shorter throws (i would say about half of stock, and thats on the middle setting).

actual install was pretty easy, but my situation is different from stock accords. took me about 30 minutes

Dang. My future plans are now gone.

Well I'm glad I'm going to school to become an engineer, hopefully I'll learn more and more until I can actually make my own shifter some day. I'll call my company DSPEC!:bs2:

I was really looking forward to getting one. I've even been trying to convince a friend that when he gets his CG he'll be able to get a decent shifter kit for it. Not anymore...
