I had one slot for a dome light. You can either use a bulb like you posted, or get one with a small board of LED's.

op, where are you located in canada? if it's toronto just go to pacific mall and they will give you the correct ones for the part you need.
i got my leds from there i believe for $8 for a pair of maps and $8 for a dome

yeah, i forgot what the store is called but it's near the middle and you'll see a bunch of tires infront of the store.
just ask any worker or security there i'm sure they can tell you which store sells auto parts
