Noob question

OK i have a gen5 accord that recently got molested by a person who stole one of my front tires after endless searching of a steelie replacement my only result was a steelie from a 99 accord so i took advantage of it and installed it but now the hubcap doesn't fit so i am thinking of just replacing all the caps with gen6 hubbies so my question is will the 6th gen hubcaps fit on 5th gen accord steelies? so it can match ... thanks in advance

and one more quick question so i dont waste another thread umm my steering wheel jerks a little from side to side when i am slowing to a complete stop my left front tire is a bit low on thread could that be the cause
