So the other day it rained super heavy, and as I was driving, my RPMs went low and it wouldn't gas when I literally pressing it to the ground. When I put it into 1st, it barely goes and it jerks worst than a V6 automatic transmission about to blow. So I had to have it towed. I had my cat replaced along with the 02 sensor; everything was fine again.

NOW, it rained again super heavy. I was driving, and as I went into 4th, it was slowing down and jerking. So same thing happening again. I pulled over, waited, and tried again. It worked, so I kept driving to my destination; I'm on the highway now and it decides to do it again; had to pull over to the side, waited and drove again. What the hell is going on -_-", any help is appreciated cause I'm getting frustrated. I shouldn't have to worry about my car doing this everytime it friggen rains #rant.

Get your car scanned for trouble codes/pending codes as a first measure...

Consider investing in a scanner you can leave on and monitor when the issue happens and look at the values of the o2 sensor voltage, map sensor, tp etc for any weird variance.

Something getting wet is possibly causing an issue. Even though i hardly doubt this would happen, but check your air ilter and see if its wet.

Do you have your fender lines on properly without any gaps? If not then the tires are kicking water up at the engine bay possibly and the liner is not stopping it...allowing the water to get to the sparkplug wire boots somehow.

A leak in your exhaust above the front o2 sensor may somehow be allowing water to enter the exhaust and splash on the sensor...the sensor is meant to read o2 reading not h2o.

Does the car boggdown even if you shift it to neutral and sit idling or coast with the speed momentum you have?
